1.
Application form have to duly filed with 2.5 % booking money
2.
For installment system purchasing, if- 2.5 % reservation money paid within one month of booking payment then application would be treat as accepted.
3.
95% of prices have to pay according to brushier.
4.
Plot allotment letter will provide to receiver, after paying of 30% payment.
5.
Booking money, Reservation money, Monthly installment, Yearly bonus payment, Hand-over fee, Utilities fees and other expenses have to pay on Cash! Cheque/ Bank draft! T.T/ Pay-Order to "Great Walls Land Property Ltd."
6.
Water, electricity, gas and other utilities will provide with the cooperation of concerned authorities. In this regard, all expenses would have bear by valued landowners.
7.
In the final measurement, if plots size become higher or leaser from actual size then price might be adjust proportionately during hand over the plots.
8.
Through written application, if applicant express unwilling to purchase the plot within 30 days of booking then company will back the booking money by keeping 5% as a processing fees.
9.
If applicant express unwilling to purchase the plot after reservation and getting allotment papers then have to apply within 15 days of reservation. In this case full payment of reservation will back to applicant. If apply in between 15 and 60 days then reservation money will back by keeping 5% as processing fees. After 60 days, application for money back will not acceptable.
10.
Registration and other related fees will bear by valued customer, e.g. Stamp, Vat, Tax, Documentation fees etc.
11.
If installment delays more than 45 days then per month 2% interest will be added.
12.
Great Walls Land Property ltd. reserved the right to change project's design, features, layout or any other change based on customers' requirement.
13.
If Great Walls Land Property ltd. cancelled the project due to unavoidable circumstance then all the payments will back by 90 days. In this regard customers would not claim for any compensation.
14.
After hand over the plots, "Great Walls Welfare Society" will form by valued landowners to operate social development activities. All landowner will be member of that Society. To carry the expenses there will be a "Welfare Fund" and initially each member will pay Tk.5000 (Five Thousand) for that fund.
15.
According to RAJUK's building code any types of building or construction work will be possible by leaving some space for sewerage, water supply, gas supply, and other citic systems.
